Blue Chair Jam

Nothing is as much fun as a new cookbook and I got my copy of the Blue Chair Jam Cookbook last night. Its big, has great pictures and talks about the kind of jam and jelly that I like to make. Envy, of course, raises its ugly head. Blue Chair is based in the Bay Area with a wider variety of fruit and a longer season, and the author recommends using a big copper pot for jam making. Moving to the Bay Area and an expensive copper pot are both not within my budget today.  If you’re interested in good jam, a book to recommend.
