I’ve got a few random thoughts about the jam business. First, I had my knee scoped yesterday, and I’m a little off due to the vicoden. I’ve got to take it easy this weekend, so I’m going to skip the Fremont Market.
I also thought that I’d be able to make enough jam to get into or through the winter with the summer fruit. Unfortunately, sales have been good so I’ll just try to use what’s available. For interest, I’ve made more than 1300 jars of jam since March, so I’ll be the envy of all the home canners.
