Raspberry Lime

  Had a slow business day at Fremont on Sunday — slow because of the World Cup, which could only happen in Seattle. But Viva Espana! anyway. Cooked yesterday, in full production mode, things I’ve run out of — Pepper Jelly, Strawberry with Vanilla and Amaretto, Raspberry with Star Anise. The new flavor was Raspberry Lime, which I like a lot.

  It turns out the raspberry Habanero wasn’t as hot as I thought. It had a late burning afterkick, but people liked it a lot. I’ll post again later in the  week, I’m looking forward  to apricots.
